1. Acceptance of Terms

- You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or share your account with any other party.

St12 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules
All st12 platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times:
- The platform must not be used for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Spreading false, misleading, or offensive content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or cheat in any manner is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the st12 platform.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as potential legal action where warranted.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the st12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, and CIMB.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Current limits can be reviewed in your account settings.
- All deposits are considered final once confirmed by the payment provider. st12 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to any required identity verification checks.
- St12 reserves the right to conduct background checks or request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing large withdrawals.
- Any attempt at payment fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately.
- Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed to users before a transaction is confirmed.

Account Suspension & Closure
St12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these terms and conditions
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity
- Use by individuals under the age of 18
- Request from relevant legal authorities
Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the st12 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded subject to the necessary verification process.
